Aventurine is a quartz stone. It comes in 3 different colors: green, brown-red and blue. The green one is not only best known it’s also the most used variety of aventurine.
Green is a neutral color and green aventurine brings peace, patience, tranquility and serenity. It’s a Moon-Uranus stone found in India and Nepal. Green aventurine has a binding and healing power and is especially used in healing skin diseases (Libra). It neutralizes too much activity (red) or too much lethargy (blue). Green aventurine is especially good for treating children who have ADD.
Red aventurine has a vitalizing effect and is found in Siberia and Madagascar.
Blue aventurine is rare, it gives a meditative calmness.
