Heliodor

Iron and uranium are responsible for the fresh, stimulating greenish yellow color of yet another beryl variety, the heliodor.
Its name is derived from the Greek ‘helios’ (sun) and ‘doron’ (gift), together they mean ‘gift of the sun’.
Like other beryls, heliodor brings a clear mind and supports the wearer in solving his or her problems, especially those related to the heart chakra. You could even say that heliodor grants the strength of the sun to face and solve the problems in your everyday life.
It may also be used as an aid to concentration when working to manifest a specific goal.
Heliodor strengthens and stabilizes the heartbeat, is good for digestion and kidneys. It also relieves backache and is traditionally said to be a remedy for idleness (Leo!). It enables people to become more compassionate in their day to day life.
As stated above, heliodor contains uraniumoxyde and is slightly radioactive. So it’s better not to wear the stone at all times and especially not at night. Highly sensitive persons should not wear heliodor at all.
Use a raw piece of heliodor in your garden by burying it at the base of your favorite tree and plants and watch them grow tall and strong.
